Junior Operations Associate

The Junior Operations Associate works in collaboration with senior Operations leadership and relevant external and internal stakeholders to oversee the scheduling of assignments for over 95 research professionals. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and operational excellence under demanding timelines.
This role would be an excellent fit for someone who knows how to manage schedules and is willing to go a step further for large organizations, who loves a puzzle, and who is willing to learn how to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time
The Junior Operations   will report to the Ops. Manager in Bucharest Office. The working hours are between 15:00 – 24:00 PM, Romania Time

Key Responsibilities

    • The Junior Operations Associate is essential to the day-to-day operations of Exiger Diligence.

    • Responsibilities include:
    •      Contributing to the day-to-day efforts of the Resource Management team
    •      Working together with Operations Manager for the allocation and assignment of professional research staff to client projects
    •       Liaison with client managers, Global Staffing Team to determine staff capacity for upcoming client projects
    •       Daily reports regarding capacity of the office
    •       Scheduling and pricing contractors as needed to increase research capacity
    •       Communicate across Exiger Diligence teams globally to coordinate optimal allocation of professionals to client work
    •       Aligning research professionals’ skills and capabilities to client needs
    •       Other duties as assigned

    •        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
    •        Ability to collaborate vertically and horizontally across the organization
    •        Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, competing priorities on various projects
    •        Ability to identify and anticipate problems and generate solutions
    •        Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to a constantly changing schedule
    •        Ability to meet challenging and stressful situations with composure and clarity
    •       Strong attention to detail, but ability to see “the bigger picture”
    •       Professional proficiency in Excel, including SUMIF and conditional formatting
    •        Ability to complete duties that require significant confidentiality, sensitivity, tact, maturity and independent judgment
    •        Exceptional ability to respond to a high volume of requests in a timely manner
    •        Strong customer service orientation

Professional experience required

    •       Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with strong work experience
    •        At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including internships)
    •       Relevant experience in scheduling and resource management
    •        Previous experience implementing Gantt charts is helpful but not required
