Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates team integration workflow for Welcome/Onboarding Steps/Team Roster Broker/Owner/Team leads as well as State Broker, Onboarding and Payment Processing Teams
Manage actions for Teams/Mega Agents onboarding and state broker team’s workflow
Maintains Daily, Weekly and monthly follow-ups with Teams/Mega Agents
Maintain current pipeline and conversion of data of Teams/Mega Agents
Follow up on all emails regarding new Teams/Mega Agents for assigned state/region.
Schedule private team training, and eXp World meetings with VPs, Broker/Owners, State Broker Teams, State Onboarding Teams and Payment Processing
Manage multiple communication channels (email, chat, text, etc.) between Broker/Owners and Admins during onboarding process
Coordinates with the Broker/Owner/Team Lead on rosters and updates as needed
Follow up on agents in the Join App and Enterprise, then update their Roster/Onboarding tracker 
Set up and participate in Workplace chat groups with state Transition Professionals and State Broker Teams for each Team/Mega Agent for one-stop communication on their transition
DevelopTeam/Mega Agent team’s profiles, potentially conducting market research, competitive analysis, and creating a complete profile overview 
Coordinate, schedule and attend private eXp World Tours/training with broker/owners and their brokerages to set expectations, build the relationships with the State Teams and generally welcome them to eXp Realty 
Attend Agent Transition department meetings and trainings to be kept up to date on changes in the onboarding process.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
BA/BS in business administration or related field strongly preferred
High School Diploma/GED required

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in managing projects with internal and external clients
Must be knowledgeable on the pre onboarding, onboarding, and post onboarding process for both individual and team structures within a Real Estate Brokerage
Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
Experience in coordinating groups with multiple calendars and schedules
Ability to work in a remote environment with autonomy
Demonstrated ability to utilize Project Management tracking tools (Trello, BaseCamp, etc.)
Experience in providing excellent customer service including conflict resolution required
Advanced experience in Google Suite, excel, task management software, Trello required
Previous management experience - preferred
