Our Program Assistant assists the Program Director and Administrator in processing all Mentor related documents, responding to emails, chats and Workplace inquires, and assisting in the monthly Mentor Certification Courses for eXp's realtors.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Pairs incoming Mentees with Certified Mentors
Follows up with list provided by on-boarding
Seeks out and pairs mentees with mentors in their geographical area
Send out eXpand Mentor Compensation Agreements for signature by Mentee, Mentor, SAB and Program Director
Uploads returned forms into Enterprise and update Mentee and Mentor profiles
Updates eXpand Trello Board
Maintains MindFlash Learning Management System
Sends login info to all all new Mentees into the LMS and sends invites for the course curriculum
Performs quarterly audits of the system and renews mentor profiles Assists eXpand team with answering LMS specific questions.
Monitoring and answering questions by email, chats, Workplace Group posts comments etc.
Assist Program Manager with Broker and Mentor related disputes, reassignments, questions and complaints
Attend regularly scheduled department meetings and take meeting minutes
Utilize and manage department Trello board
BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred
High school Diploma/GED required
2+ years in office administration/support
Real Estate experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
