Within our sales team you are responsible for ensuring a perfect match of our client’s tech positions and talented IT specialists.
YOUR MISSION
- Recruit the best IT specialists for the open tech positions of our clients while aligning with our Account Executives and clients
- Own the active sourcing and contacting of suitable experts using our internally developed tools as well as external tools and your own network
- Identify new sourcing channels as well as contacting strategies
- Convince IT specialists of the open tech positions by our clients and manage the application process as the contact person for the IT specialists end to end
- Take over the entire applicant management and build yourself a network to monitor the applicant market in the field of tech closely
- Be responsible for the negotiations of work contracts as well as compensation models
YOUR SKILL SET
- Completed Bachelor studies in any field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment for permanent positions, preferably in tech
- Experience in working in a recruitment agency / outsourcing
- Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Strong experience in working with various sourcing tools and an Applicant Tracking System
- Driven, goal oriented, solution oriented, creative, communicative
- Strong client and candidate experience
- Fluent German and English skills
