Within our sales team you are responsible for the development and expansion of a high performance B2B Sales Team. Your aim is to become a market leader with a range of Expertlead’s products.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead and mentor a team of our Account Executives
- Be responsible for the B2B sales pipeline of Expertlead
- Further improve the structure and corresponding processes in order to develop our major customers in the best possible way as key accounts
- Take the existing sales strategy to the next level with your team - while you test the suitability of different distribution channels of the market
- You take full responsibility and ownership of your teams target achievement in terms of KPIs and corresponding revenues
- Act as the "one-stop-shop" for your strategic portfolio and actively grow your client base
- Further build up your own sales team and implement a structure with the aspiration to provide the best possible customer service in the market
YOUR SKILL SET
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the recruitment sector and/or the HR tech space
- Experience in successfully leading a high performing team for multiple years
- You are interested in the success of every member of your team and consider yourself a people developer
- You are customer- and objective oriented and you have strong communication skills
- Interest in the Tech-Industry and/or technical knowledge
- Experience with conducting product demos
- Business fluent German and English skills
