The Associate Production Manager supports the product development and production processes for Exploding Kittens brand games. This role assists in managing purchase orders and production timelines with manufacturing partners, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cost tracking and vendor communication. Assisting to ensure timely execution of ongoing production tasks, estimate, negotiate and maintain target costs and timelines; track project progress, and maintain quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to contribute to the smooth execution of our production processes. 

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

    • Create, maintain and manage production schedules for all products to increase efficiencies and improve workflows
    • Serve as the main point of communication for assigned projects for manufacturers and our internal teams
    • Monitor project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met for all assigned games and products
    • Manage P.O.s, timelines, and production tasks for new games, reprints, and localization
    • Manage and maintain Bills of Materials and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for projects
    • Oversee the incoming samples for review and route accordingly
    • Identify materials and manufacturing best practices to ensure cost-savings, efficiencies, and quality from development through Cargo Ready Date (CRD)

WHAT WE NEED:

    • Proficient in Excel - Pivot tables experience preferred
    • Excellent Problem solving skills
    • Excellent Communication skills written and verbal
    • Attention to detail, Organizational skills - keep projects updated and on time

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
This salary represents a range for the position and will ultimately depend on the individuals’ qualifications and years of experience, location, and is subject to change.
