We’re a team of online learning enthusiasts looking for an experienced, proactive, and team-oriented Scrum Master to join our team. We pride ourselves on building some of the most advanced learning systems in the world. You will be working on a new custom solution for Harvard University to deliver next-gen learning. Our gross 1 salary range is 18.000-31.000 HRK, depending on your skills and experience, and you’ll also get an immediate 20.000 HRK net signing bonus.
What you’ll do:
- Guide, coach, and motivate the team to have an Agile mindset
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Work with product owners to maintain backlogs and new ticket requests
- Manage and communicate the backlog and sprint scope
- Initiate continuous improvement to improve sprint burndown and team velocity metrics
- Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and release timelines
- Communicate with main stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and remove blocks
- Help build and maintain a durable team where members support one another and are proud of what they are building
Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- A Scrum Master certification
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
