Job Overview: We are seeking an IT professional who is highly skilled and experienced Oracle Functional Lead with expertise in Order Management & Supply Chain to join our dynamic IT team. As the Oracle Supply Chain IT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, implementation, and optimization of our supply chain management systems on the Oracle platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical design of end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with business, IT, and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will also be part of a team migrating our Oracle platform from on premise EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Responsibilities:
•             Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based supply chain management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
•             Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle platform capabilities, functionalities, and best practices related to supply chain management and order management.
•             Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and define product roadmaps.
•             Document current as-is and to-be processes based on the requirements.
•             Translate business requirements into technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations within the Oracle platform.
•             Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, project management, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
•             Conduct regular assessments of supply chain processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
•             Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and system administrators, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
•             Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and Oracle platform solutions and recommend innovative approaches to enhance operations.
•             Establish and maintain strong relationships with Oracle vendors, consultants, and partners, leveraging their expertise and resources when needed.
•             Support end-users by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of Oracle-based supply chain solutions.
•             Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system functionality and data integrity.
•             Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards, including data privacy and information security requirements.
 
 
Qualifications:
·        Experience implementing/supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud.
•   Extensive experience (5+ years) in Oracle Cloud platform implementation and configuration, with a focus on supply chain management modules (e.g., Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Order Management).
•  Strong understanding of EDI order management & supply chain processes, best practices, and industry standards.
•  Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle-based supply chain solutions on time and within budget.
•  Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Prior experience in the role of a Business Systems Analyst is a must.
•  Solid technical background with proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
•  Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
•     Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management.
•    Oracle certifications in supply chain management modules are highly desirable.
·        Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Salary based on experience 140-160K
