Job Description:
 
Experience –3-5 years (Sales/Marketing/Customer care experience preferred)
 
Qualifications –Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Shift: Night shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
·        Create and maintain customer accounts & contacts in SFDC.
·        Support Sales with the creation of Sales opportunities & quotes for critical pipeline visibility and revalidating the quote to achieve correct discount and pricing.
·        Close out SFDC opportunities by utilizing the Oracle bookings report.
·        Generating and managing reports in Sales force.
·        Assist Channel Sales with Deal Registration & NFR (Not for Resale).
·        Working with Channels team in partners onboarding process and portal access issues.
·        Ability to understand and resolve the distributor & partner issues.
·        Handle the Exception Reports submitted by Distributors and work closely with them to sort out the issue and help them with timely payout.
·        Reconciling the sales order (Oracle & POS) and working closely with sales team to resolve problems related to different errors in orders.
·        To resolve reconciliation issues related to commission data or compensation pay-outs.
·        Working with commission report to achieve correct sales rep allocation in Oracle & POS portal.
·        Consolidating state contract reports and sending it to each state government contacts.
·        Handle data cleanup reports.
·        Administer special on demand projects that arise.
·        Manage high visibility exceptions and work with cross-functional teams to provide best solutions.
·        Ability to use cognitive problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
·        Works well independently and in groups.
·        Demonstrates ability to communicate and work accordingly with other departments and external businesses to resolve complex problems.
 
 Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities:
 
Candidates with Oracle, SFDC (Classic & Lightning), CRM & Incorta, Big Machines, OBIEE & MS office experience will be preferred
 
·        Excellent communications skills in written and spoken English are a must. Must have good working knowledge of computers and Excel.
·        Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Experience with database management and rules for data governance.
·        Ability to operate office software including, MS Word, MS Excel, Vision or compatible flow diagram and MS power point.  Experience with SAP, SFDC and Oracle a plus.
·        Good knowledge in creating and working with Smartsheet, VLOOKUP, Pivot
·        Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
·        Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and effectively assist with special projects.
·        Able to stay focused and maintain drive throughout a busy and heavy workflow and deliver on deadlines. 
·        Must be a team player and ready to work in rotational shifts.
·        Effective backlog management
·        Ability to identify actions necessary to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
·        Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume work environment
