Extreme Networks, a leader in enterprise cloud networking, is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our Growth Marketing Team. You will play a critical role in building the next generation of Extreme’s digital footprint, ensuring a rich and frictionless customer journey.

As the Digital Marketing leader, you’ll be responsible for building our digital center of excellence and scaling the team to meet the growing demands of our global business. This role reports into the VP of Growth Marketing and is pivotal to implement our charter of creating a repeatable and scalable growth marketing engine that drives top of funnel growth.
 
Responsibilities:
-           Develop an overall digital marketing strategy for Extreme, working alongside key stakeholders from across the business.
-           Continue re-platform efforts, consolidating regional sites from Word Press to Sitecore.
-           Design and supervise all aspects of the digital marketing department including SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, paid media, and technology integrations.
-           Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns.
-           Plan and manage SEO campaigns.
-           Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
-           Appraise important metrics that impact website traffic, optimize conversions, improve the target audience, and ultimately drive an increase in top of funnel leads.
-           Manage, develop, and scale a team of digital marketing professional.
-           Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and MarTech.
 
Experience and Skills Required 
·        The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the enterprise SaaS industry, and a proven track record of building and scaling in a competitive market.
·        The candidate should be a results-driven leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring a high-performing marketing team.
·        The role demands a leader who is not only comfortable with the latest digital marketing platforms but also has sufficient technical knowledge.
·        Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve objectives 
·        University Bachelors Degree required 
·        Executive level communication and summarization of findings
