The Sales Compensation System Analyst will work closely with the Extreme Sales organization, Commissions team and Sales Compensation Manager to implement and administer the global sales compensation programs and plans within Xactly.

Experience: 3-7 Years

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of sales identity details, quota loads, and transaction loads.
• Administration, calculation, and processing of sales rep variable pay plans and commissions.
• First-level issue resolution.
• Review weekly attainment reports for accuracy and completeness and make any necessary corrections.
• Support on Projects for process improvement.
• Assist in deployment of Sales Compensation tool and ad-hoc requests and assignments
• Identify areas of process optimization and automation for Sales Compensation processes.
• Create and Maintain Documentation for Sales Compensation processes

The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to:
• Display excellent analytical and quantitative skills to meet important deadlines
• Look for process improvements and efficiencies to improve workflow
• Practice sound time management skills to meet important deadlines
• Process and review data with accuracy
• Timely and accurately communicate sensitive information
• Works well in fast paced team environment

Requirements:
• Degree in either Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting a plus
• Strong Excel and Access skills. Knowledge of Xactly Incent is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role would be preferred
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-friendly results
