업무 내용 :

-          전화, 이메일, 인터넷을 통한 파트너사 및 고객사 기술 지원
-          네트워크 기술 전문가(스위칭/라우팅), 네트워크 디자인, 구축 및 운영
-          이슈 원인 분석 및 해결을 목표로 SW/HW 팀 간 협업
-          발생 이슈에 대한 명확한 리포팅
-          고객 site 온/오프 지원
 
자격 요건 :

-               경력 5년 이상 네트워크 분야 유경험자
-               TCP/IP 및 OSI 7 layer 등 N/W 기본 이론의 명확한 이해와 OSPF, BGP, MPLS 등의 N/W Protocol의 깊은 이해 보유자
-               내부 Database 및 Debugging tool, 패킷 분석, 재현 테스트를 통한 원인 분석 및 솔루션 제공 능력 보유자
-               데이터센터, service provider , wireless 관련 이슈 해결을 위한 L2/L3 전문성 보유자
-               Network 트러블 슈팅 경험 다수 보유자
-               문제 해결에 적극적이며, 긍정적인 마인드의 소유자
 
우대 사항:

-               유/무선 Network에 대한 깊은 이해도를 바탕으로 구축 및 운영 경험 보유
-               간단한 스크립트나 프로그래밍을 통한 업무 자동화 능력 보유자
-               Extreme/Cisco/Juniper 등 N/W 벤더 인증 자격증 혹은 CWNA 자격증 보유자
