Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Programmer Analyst with expertise in Oracle ERP Applications to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle Programmer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of our supply chain management systems on the Oracle platform. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with business, IT, and external partners, ensuring the application stabilization and enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
•             Production Support: Deliver daily production support, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of Oracle ERP applications.
•             Troubleshooting: Aid users by offering support in troubleshooting applications and navigating business process challenges.
•             Implement and test Application enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite and other related environments.
•             Diagnose and resolve technical related to Application interfaces and/or programs.
•             Author and provide proper documentation regarding any proposed or recommended code changes and modifications.
•             Design, solution, code, implement, test, diagnose, debug, and support Application development interfaces, programs.
•             Author, edit, or review relevant functional and technical design specifications regarding Application development interfaces, customizations, personalization, extensions, etc.
•             Work with other development teams on the implementation of extensions, new features, and integrations.
•             Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system functionality and data integrity.
•             Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards, including data privacy and information security requirements.
Qualifications:
•             Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
•             EBS Expertise: Minimum of 5 years as a techno-functional consultant in e-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
•             Experience (5+ years) in Oracle platform implementation and configuration, with a focus on supply chain management modules (e.g., Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Order Management).
•             Strong understanding of supply chain processes, best practices, and industry standards.
•             PL/SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated strong knowledge and practical experience in PL/SQL.
•             Specific skills required: Oracle EBS R12x with Supply Chain or manufacturing or service experience, Oracle Forms & Reports 10g, BI Publisher, APEX, OAF, PL/SQL, Oracle interfaces and APIs and SQL*Loader
•             Troubleshooting Skills: A proven track record in diagnosing and resolving issues with software programs and applications.
•             Software Error Resolution: Proven competence in analyzing and rectifying software errors promptly and accurately.
•             EBS Processes: Experience in managing both custom functionalities and standard EBS processes.
•             Prior experience in the role of a Business Systems Analyst is a great addition.
•             Solid technical background with proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
•             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
•             Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
•             Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management.
