 Position Overview 
The Director of Integrated Campaigns is a critical leader responsible for architecting, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business priorities and sales goals into audience-centric campaigns that move prospects and customers seamlessly through the buyer journey. The director will champion best practices, foster teamwork, and ensure measurable outcomes — ultimately acting as the connective tissue uniting marketing, sales, and partner functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Strategy & Planning 
·       Develop and Own Integrated Campaign Strategy: Craft and oversee the integrated marketing campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with core business priorities, sales objectives, and go-to-market motions.  
·       Audience-Centric Campaign Development: Design narrative-driven, audience-focused campaigns tailored to move prospects and customers along the buyer journey.  
·       Campaign Playbook Stewardship: Own the comprehensive campaign playbook, standardizing repeatable processes, campaign formats, bill of materials (BOM), deliverables, hand-off documentation, cadence schedules, measurement criteria, and reporting outputs.  
·       Leading Edge Approaches: Stay on the leading edge of marketing innovation by continuously exploring and implementing the most modern marketing methods and technologies to drive campaign success and maintain a competitive advantage. 

Execution & Orchestration 
·       Consistent, Scalable Campaign Delivery: Oversee campaign execution to ensure quality, consistency, scalability, and optimization for both brand awareness and demand generation. Use agile marketing methodologies to streamline workflows and adapt campaigns to changing business and market conditions. 
·       Cross-Functional Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated planning and execution across all digital channels (web, ABM, social, email, webinars), events, content marketing, sales, and partner networks. Facilitate alignment and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to maximize impact across each touchpoint. 
·       Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with product marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, enablement, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life.  
Performance & Optimization 
·       Campaign KPI Definition & Reporting: Establish clear campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals, including pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion rates, customer engagement, and brand sentiment metrics. Develop robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to deliver actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. 
·       Continuous Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to surface trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliver regular insights and recommendations that drive the ongoing optimization of messaging, channel mix, audience targeting, creative assets, and campaign cadence. 
·       Best Practice Establishment: Champion data-driven decision making and codify best practices for integrated campaign execution.  

Leadership & Collaboration 
·       Team Management & Mentorship: Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of campaign managers and marketers. Provide coaching, professional development opportunities, and performance feedback to support skill growth, career progression, and job satisfaction. 
·       Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue across marketing functions, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and clarity of communication.  
·       Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales leadership and teams to ensure campaign messaging, content, and offers resonate with target audiences.  

Qualifications 
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
·       8+ years of progressive experience in integrated campaign management, marketing strategy, or related disciplines, in B2B SaaS companies with comparable scale to Extreme Networks ($500M to $5B in revenue) 
·       Proven track record as a Director of Integrated Marketing, leading multi-channel campaigns that optimize ROI, while driving revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility. 
·       Exceptional team leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. 
·       Expertise in campaign playbook development, pipeline management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. 
·       Advanced analytics capabilities, with proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM Tools (6Sense preferred), and reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI). 
·       Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Success Metrics 
·       Achievement of campaign KPIs and contribution to pipeline generation and revenue targets. 
·       Optimization of budget to pipeline generation, MQLs, AQLs, across campaigns, tactics, and channel mix. 
·       Operational efficiency gains, including reduction in campaign cycle times and increased team productivity. 
·       Positive stakeholder feedback from sales, marketing, and executive leadership. 
·       Team satisfaction, retention, and professional development.
