Fabric​ ​Genomics​ ​is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help develop and manage a portfolio of innovative software-as-a-service products and services to help clinicians apply the most relevant information from genomes to improve medical outcomes. Responsibilities

    • Manage product life cycle, from customer insights through to launch and post-launch product improvements
    • Work hands-on with development, QA, designers, business and operations teams to successfully design, prototype, build, and deploy product features
    • Work with the R&D team to manage release feature prioritization and backlog
    • Coordinate software release activities, manage the test and regression plans
    • Develop product requirement documents and user stories
    • Work with the engineering team to develop innovative and compelling solutions, in an agile development environment
    • Train and support the field organization to ensure accomplishment of revenue targets
    • Create and deliver positioning and product marketing content
    • Conduct market research, surveys and meetings with customers/prospects to understand market need, competition, and bring the voice of the customer to prioritize features

Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
    • 5+ years of product management experience for software/informatics applications, preferably in the life sciences industry
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in marketing, product management or strategy role including participating in market analysis, planning and new product development required
    • Knowledge of agile software development process and artifacts highly desired
    • Familiarity with Jira or/or other software planning and release management tools
    • Knowledge of genomics, clinical diagnostics, and next-generation sequencing technology highly desired
    • Strong analytical, project management and planning skills required, with a track record of delivering results
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, solve problems and manage multiple stakeholders
    • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
