Account Executive DACH
Falcon is a fast growing company, providing a unified software platform for enterprises to manage their social media management activities. We have our HQ in Copenhagen, with offices in Berlin, Budapest and New York, with almost 40 nationalities. Our platform is endorsed through partnerships with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
As an Account Executive in our sales team, you will be a key driver behind our future growth, as it will be your task to sell our solution to influencers and decision makers in medium to large enterprises. If you consider yourself a high performer, with a proven track record in sales combined with a solid understanding of or interest in social media, then you could be our next Account Executive. We are a performance driven team, but put great emphasis on providing ongoing training and coaching. The essence of our success is an outstanding and easy-to-use software platform, combined with a great team that you could be a part of. As an Account Executive you will have your individual sales quota, and will be provided with opportunities from your dedicated Sales Associate.
The position is based in our office in Berlin.
What you'll do:
- Host compelling online sales meetings to qualify and build interest from the opportunities provided in the DACH region
- Discover and understand the needs of the prospects/opportunities provided
- Keep yourself up-to date with the latest Social Media and digital marketing trends
- Be a trusted advisor for your prospects
- Build, nurture and grow your own pipeline to reach your sales targets
What you have:
- Proven new business sales success (ideally within software / SaaS)
- Solid understanding of or interst in social media and/or digital marketing
- Ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to hand off
- High work ethics, a team player and open to learn and be coached
- Driven by self development and achieving your goals
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
