Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Director with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to manage complex sales cycles. You will also be responsible for developing and executing key Go To Market strategies, hitting annual targets and building relationships, and understanding customer trends.  This position reports to the VP of Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

    • Execute on and further develop Fama’s sales playbook to meet or exceed revenue quota
    • Ability to work very complex enterprise accounts from introduction to bookingsWork across multiple verticals to grow them in parallel
    • Responsible for revenue goals and collaborating with marketing to build a healthy sales pipeline
    • Work with Fama’s executive team to track and maintain a set of metrics that drive the success of our sales efforts
    • Represent Fama at industry events such as trade shows and conferences
    • Responsible for forecast and revenue attainment
    • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to drive sales 
    • Play a pre-sales role by demonstrating the product to customers
    • Funnel prospect feedback to develop a knowledge base for future roadmap

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of cloud-based SaaS enterprise sales experience, experience selling to Executive Search Firms, Investigators, or Influencer Platforms is a plus
    • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions with ACVs greater than $50k
    • Experience working in a start-up and hyper-growth environment
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
    • Demonstrated history of adhering to high standards and using good judgment
    • Great communicator and presenter with advanced customer selling skills and the ability to influence others
    • Experience using CRMs. Hubspot preferred
    • Willing to travel up to 25-35% of the year

Pay Range:

    • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
    • Base salary: $150,000 - $180,000
