Turn Fanatee’s word games into thumb-stopping 9:16 ads that actually drive installs. Own ideas → on-camera performance → filming colleagues → editing → copy → posting → fast iteration.
What you’ll do
- Ship a weekly ad pack: concept, script, shoot, and edit 3–5 short-form videos (30–60s) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each with 1–2 quick variants for testing.
- Be the face + the maker: appear on camera, direct coworkers for sketch formats, and self-shoot with phone + mic + light. Edit natively (CapCut) or NLE (Premiere/DaVinci).
- Write the words that sell: ad hooks, on-screen text, and post captions tailored to each platform’s best practices (hook fast, clear CTA, native style).
- Reply & learn: monitor comments on organic/paid posts; reply with text or video to fuel engagement and ideas for the next ads.
- Build repeatable formats: office sketches, gameplay + face-cam, trend remixes, duet/stitch explainers; keep a living backlog of proven angles.
- Partner with UA: propose tests, tag assets, and track IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS; kill losers fast and scale winners.
Must-haves
- Portfolio of native vertical videos you shot/edited; comfortable as on-camera talent.
- Strong short-form craft: hooks, pacing, bold captions, sound selection, and platform nuance.
- Tools: CapCut; Premiere/DaVinci; basic motion graphics; social publishing basics.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Gaming fluency—ideally word/puzzle; gameplay capture + face-cam comfort.
- Multi-language awareness (briefs/captions that localize cleanly).
- Live/interactive chops (creator-style livestreams, AMA, playable-ad collaboration with UA.
- Proven test-and-learn mindset with UA/paid-social teams (naming conventions, asset logging, and simple experiment design).
What success looks like
- Creative performance: lift IPM vs. control; hit target CPI; improve install-to-view and hook retention (0–3s, 3–10s).
- Learning velocity: 4–8 valid creative tests/week with clear readouts.
- Revenue signal: contribute to D7/D30 ROAS growth on scaled assets (balance IPM with retention quality).
