Process customer purchase orders through the entire lifecycle.  Facilitates interaction between Retail Services, Sourcing and Sourcing Ops, Production Art and Licensing, Logistics, GTM, Sales Ops, Blanks Readiness, Production and Distribution.  An Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage allocated accounts open order book to investigate and resolve order issues to achieve order excellence contributing to on time deliveries, proactivity against customer demand and reducing lead times.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing PO and Work Orders in accordance with on time expectations.
    • Communicate with appropriate cross functional partners regarding issues / resolution, for orders not meeting delivery dates.
    • Provide priority to sourcing ops, production, distribution based on ship dates in accordance with incoming POs, production WIP, and shipments at the distribution facilities.
    • Work with logistics to manage inbound receipts for priority levels and consolidation.
    • Stay current and knowledgeable with customer compliance documentation.
    • Proactively work with Production Art to prioritize art ready status.
    • Actively works to reduce the departments KPIs around On-Time Delivery, Fill Rates and Lead Times.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    • Strong computer skills - especially Excel - and ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Knowledge of retail services standards and procedures.
    • Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
    • Knowledge of procedures and documentation for the processing and placement of customer orders.
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
