The purpose of the Sales Analyst role is to develop and manage sales reports. This role will be working within the sales team to provide proper information and indication, establish reporting to monitor, predict and optimize future performance and efficiency and coordinate order management to ensure payment and delivery. The Sales Analyst will work together with finance, logistic department to ensure payment and delivery, order Communication with vendors, and establish strong relationship with all the stakeholders

Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing sales data and creating insightful reports and important prediction
    • Development, optimization and maintenance of reporting and market and competition analyses
    • Maintenance of existing data
    • Order and inventory management for sales orders
    • Close collaboration with Sales Manager + Finance Department (in UK)
    • Creation of sales documents

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

    • Strong understanding of numbers
    • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools and ideally previous knowledge of Microsoft Navison
    • Completed degree in economics (Bachelor or Master) or related courses
    • Initial experience in sales, at least 1 completed internship in sales (key account, category management or sales development)
    • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
    • High self-motivation and independent work
    • Personally, you impress with your strong communication skills and your interest in working in a strong interface role
    • Willingness to travel to visit our office in Milton Keynes (UK)
