Role Purpose: 

To join a collaborative and supportive team to help maintain and develop data driven solutions that can really provide business impact and support strategic business decision-making. In this role you will deliver insights underpinned by robust data collation to enable senior stakeholders to make the right decisions, enable the delivery of an end-to-end flow of product from the supply base, improve visibility of risks and challenges, and support solution-based thinking across our Supply Chain.
This is a brand new role pulling together our existing data capabilities right at the heart of an exciting growth programme. 

Responsibilities:

    • Creating, extracting, tracking, analysing and interpreting critical data sets to provide summary reports or dashboards to support key decision-making on the key questions affecting the global supply chain
    • Create a daily/weekly/monthly reporting suite to ensure visibility of end-to-end product flow, with the aim of improving customer order fulfilment and supply chain efficiencies
    • Provide concise and clear suites of key performance metric reports to improve quality of decision-making across supply chain
    • Working collaboratively with internal teams to drive efficiency and customer-centric communications
    • Provide reports and summaries to the Head of Supply Chain and management team of seasonal range visibility and risks in deliveries
    • Play an active role in developing improvements in the ways of working, processes and technology that underpins a future operating model
    • Investigating ad hoc queries and troubleshooting problems to support supply chain teams 
    • Ability to confidently lead interactive meetings and take responsibility for critical reporting across the supply chain teams

Knowledge & Experience:

    • Effective communication skills and customer-focused approach
    • Highly analytical, organised and structured
    • Strong attention to detail and naturally inquisitive
    • Passion for continuous learning and development
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset 
    • Excellent command of Excel (knowledge of macros, conditional formatting, index function, V lookups and pivot tabling) and/or knowledge of supply chain operating systems e.g. SAP
    • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Must demonstrate cooperative and positive ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic.
    • Interested in the Sport and/or Supply Chain Industry
