Purpose of the Role:

    • Develop and manage hobby breaking partners and streamers to promote Topps products.
    • Working together with new and emerging business partners
    • Define the metrics and Key Performance Indicators for streaming partnerships
    • Establish strong relationship with all the stakeholders in this category (influencers, breakers)
    • Oversee Trading Card Show and Events in UK

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

    • Analysis of streaming data and identifying areas for development with other business partners and breakers.
    • Management of product allocations and deliveries in accordance with agreed Service Level AgreementsAnalyse breaker partner opportunities and needs
    • Manage product release calendar
    • Support larger strategic initiatives to drive increased direct breaker sales by owning new account reviews, onboarding and continuing to drive fulfilment activities.
    • Collate and summarise business reports and create presentations to effectively communicate with various business audiences on high profile initiatives and programs.
    • Collaborate with other business managers to scope projects, creatively solve problems, set attainable goals and track / measure performance against these.
    • Define and implement activation to support breaker category
    • Working together internal depts (operations, brand, finance) to secure allocation,  delivery
    • Create a periodical reporting / tracking tool

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years of work experience, with experience in related sales operations positions, account management, and/or project coordination roles, consumer products & retail environment experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of trading card environment, including direct sales and distributor environment is a significant advantage.
    • Detail oriented, highly organized, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize, and remain flexible in high pressure dynamic situations, work ethic, quick learner and maintain both a sense of urgency & good attitude in day-to-day operations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written/oral) with proven ability to succeed in a team environment and work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders. 
    • Ideally a sports fan with a strong understanding of the commercial landscape.
    • Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of sales techniques and concepts to increase sales within the region.
    • Flexible and organised work method
    • Engagement with local influencers and flagship stores in hobby & entertainment  category .
    • Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change
