We are looking for a motivated and growth-orientated candidate for Logistics Coordinator in our International Logistics team. The successful candidate will work closely with Production team, Sales-Ecom team and warehousing team.
Objective of this role:
- Monitor supply chains and shipments.
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
- Maintain accurate and consistent records.
- Address errors to promote customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory.
Duties:
- Regularly update customer orders
- Communication and follow-up the processing of orders
- Coordinate on daily basis with USA logistics and production team.
- Preparing shipping documentations.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholder on orders and delivery schedules.
- Managing stock levels and regular inventory reconciliations.
- Managing logistics internationally for cost effective deliveries
- Additional responsibilities might come up in SC&L in line with business requirements.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in shipment and order management.
- Experience in project management would be great.
- Come from a coordinating background.
- Ability to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills
- Happy to work as a part or a team and individually
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with best practices in logistics & supply chain management
- Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
- Capacity to multitask.
