The International Digital Print and Quality Manager is responsible for building, delivering and ensuring the quality of a Digital Print Collectible solution across the Topps International business. This person plays a critical role in providing capacity for real-time product opportunities. This position is full-time position based out of our Milton Keynes office.  

Responsibilities

    • Building the Digital Printing capabilities for trading cards at current suppliers
    • Working closely with the eCommerce team in the UK and the pre-production group to identify the future capabilities and capacity needs for Digital Print card production 
    • Building a plan to deliver in excess of the required capacity including new suppliers where needed 
    • Establishing a process to work with the Project Managers in both eCommerce and Retail to ensure supply of capacity and demand projects are balanced 
    • Establishing a communication process with Project Managers to ensure that project status is actively managed and communicated  
    • Establishing a communication process with logistics to ensure minimal downtime between production completion and shipment to consumer 
    • Developing the capability of suppliers to ensure consistency of quality 
    • Developing the capability at one or multiple sites for high end Digital Card collectible brands 
    • Establishing a quality management system for Digital Print Collectibles, both real time in the production process and a post-production quality check 
    • Building a process to providecapacity for real-time product opportunities, e.g., event-based sets that are hard to forecast 

Required Skills and Experience

    • Extensive professional background in Digital Printing with excellent knowledge of technology and applications 
    • Extensive knowledge of Digital Printing partners and suppliers across Europe 
    • Ability to travelfrequentlyto Digital Print facilities worldwide and to our International Production office in Milan, Italy 
    • Experience of setting up and managing a quality management system 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English – any second language is beneficial but not required 
    • Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change 
    • Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage workload and priorities autonomously  
    • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative 
    • Well presented with a professional manner to act as a brand ambassador 
    • Proven business awareness with commercial acumen 
    • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
