The base salary range for this role is $115,000 per year - $189,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of associates managing customer communications and accounts for compliance focused issues including but not limited to KYC, Responsible Gaming, and more.
- Analyze trends and make recommendations for compliance adherent processes.
- Assist in the creation of reference and training material and updating existing material as state regulations evolve and change.
- Partner with Reg Ops Senior Manager to manage Responsible Gaming reviews, processes, and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Operational processes and tools are optimized to meet state regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Reg Ops Senior Manager to make recommendations and implement ongoing optimization of processes and procedures for the Operations team.
- Ensure each agent is efficiently reviewing account activity and assisting with customer inquiries to help ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze reports and data to ensure regulatory compliance is monitored and maintained daily.
- Recruit, interview, and hire new regulatory operations agents.
- Train agents on policies and procedures and continue to coach and support them by evaluating performance on a regular basis.
- Evaluate and stay up to date on industry best practices and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a compliance, fraud, or risk related role.
- 2+ years' experience leading an operations team within the online gaming or casino environment.
- 3+ years' experience in call center operations preferred.
- Experience in online Poker, online Casino, online Sportsbook, and all platform variants preferred.
- Experience and proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience and proficiency with verification providers such as LexisNexis.
- Ability to work nights and weekendsAbility to become licensed and maintain licensing in multiple state jurisdictions.
- Demonstrable track record of effective leadership of large, and culturally diverse teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of, and experience using, proprietary online gaming Fraud, Payments, Gaming and Sportsbook tools, systems, and reports preferred.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive and dynamic business.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate business performance, key strategies, and regular updates into Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) that tell a powerful story.
- Rigorous attention to detail and highly organized, but able to operate with ease at all levels (from strategy to execution).
- Collaborative, while firm on goals and driving the extended team toward actions (and deadlines) to achieve them.
- Strong analytical skills looking broadly across the organization, with the ability to summarize large amounts of data from various inputs.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy.
- Proven ability to execute with urgency and pragmatism in the current environment.
- High curiosity – proactively seeking to learn more and ‘connect the dots’ for better solutions and world class customer experience.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Open to regular travel to gaming events, content suppliers and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
