The Topps Company, Inc was founded in 1938 and is part of the Fanatics Group. Topps Europe is a market leader in physical and digital sports cards, entertainment cards and collectibles. Topps International creates and distributes leading sports and entertainment products including UEFA Champions League, Euro 2024, Bundesliga, Formula 1, Star Wars, and other trading cards, sticker album collections and collectibles.   

We’re hiring an enthusiastic and proactive team player to join our international team as a Sales Sheet Coordinator in our Frankfurt office.  

The Sales Sheet Coordinator is responsible for the creation and coordination of sales materials, which the Sales team uses when they approach trading partners. The collation of information will be led by the Sales Sheet Coordinator in partnership with the Product Managers, Pre-Production, Logistics, Marketing and Sales. This person will then prioritize, organize and layout the information in a visually compelling way using typical graphic tools.  This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting our Sales teams worldwide, and is based out of our Frankfurt office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

    • Build relationships with cross functional stakeholders in order to identify key data points that are important for our trading partners
    • Responsible for the timely provision of the graphically prepared sales sheets for the appearing collections of trading cards in the upper market segment ("hobby") 
    • Coordination and collection of the necessary information from the individual areas of Product Design, Pre-Production, Logistics and Marketing and Sales 
    • Compression and emphasis of the most important informationneeded to place the collections successfully with trading partners, including product highlights, uniqueness, limitations as well as product specifications; measurements & weight such as prices and the release date 
    • Preparation of appealing graphic of the products for the international Sales Manager from Europe, Asia and the Middle East with the aim of inspiring the trading partners 
    • Further development and automation of the process  

Required Skills and Experience

    • Experience in a similar role is preferable 
    • Strong computing skills, with experience developing compelling sales graphics is required using InDesign or similar
    • Must be comfortable communicating with/presenting to senior stakeholders  
    • Project management skills and initial experience with project management tools 
    • Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage workload and priorities autonomously 
    • Good understanding of trade and/or sales 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
    • Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change 
    • Sports fans with a strong understanding of the collectibles business are preferred
    • Proactive with the ability and confidence to navigate the organization successfully
