The base salary range for this role is $77,000 per year - $127,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As Executive Assistant at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will provide high-level administrative support to the FBG Chief Marketing Officer. This position will also provide critical support creating meeting collateral including decks, project management support, and be involved in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help scale a growing start-up. Reporting to the CMO, you will play an integral role on the FBG Marketing team. This role requires a resourceful and proactive individual, who thrives in a fast paced innovative environment. 

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to CMO
    • Manage and coordinate CMO’s travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
    • Act as an extension of marketing leadership and an active voice informing, preparing and aligning the marketing organization
    • Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
    • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance and support to senior staff members as needed 
    • Schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners  
    • Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, rental cars, hotels and car services (where required)
    • Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint and project manage new initiatives as needed
    • Complete monthly expense reports
    • Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department wide initiatives and events
    • Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities

Experience and Skills

    • 4+ years supporting executives in an administrative role
    • This role will be based out of the Los Angeles office, with the expectation to be in office 2 days per week. 
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
    • Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and have ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
    • Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
    • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
    • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
