This position will be part of Customer Service Technology team at Fanatics and will be responsible for building and supporting new features/capabilities/products in Customer Service domain that enable business team to provide best-in-class experience to our customers. Customer Services team supports products/solutions like Agent Desktop, AI and ML driven Chatbot, Work Force Management, etc.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Partner with Product, business stakeholders and other members of the technical development team to assess business, product, and system needs.
•Work collaboratively and independently to analyze requirements, design, build and test software solutions
•Provide system maintenance and production support as assigned by manager
•Develop new feature sets, solve business problems through technology, improve functionality of Fanatics systems’ and platforms.
•Document and share technical knowledge
•Participate in Agile development schedule
•Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
•React (experienced 3+ years)
•Node.js (experienced 3+ years
•Experience with multiple programming languages. Familiarity with the following will be a plus: AWS, T-SQL, GoLang, Genesys API & CometD
•In depth understanding of the software engineering discipline
•Advanced mathematical analysis skills
•Ability to create simple to complex algorithms
•Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with peers, managers and both internal and external customers.
•Experience with development on high-performing RESTful APIs
•Experience with relational databases and ORM technologies.
•Experience with Git or a similar distributed version control system
•Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
•Experience with Agile development processes
