Fanatics has an immediate need for a team member to join our Information Technology L1.5 production support team. This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a very exciting team. You will be supporting our Information Technology production support environment that runs on the latest technologies, platforms and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the Information Technology L1.5 production support tasks and activities as per laid down guidelines
Monitor the system/applications/programs and ensure they are running as expected
Perform health checks as required
In case of any issues/errors/exceptions, take appropriate actions as mentioned in the Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare and share reports to stakeholders as per requirement
Support the engagement 24*7. Implies, you will be required to work in either morning, afternoon or night shifts on rotation basis. You will also be required to work on weekends and holidays on rotation basis.
Helping with documentation
Other duties as needed or required

Supervisory Responsibilities

Perform the role of a shift lead
Ensure activities in the shift are completed within SLA
Ensure proper takeover and handover of activities across shifts
Handhold junior team members
Articulates and drives discussions within the shift for problems and possible solutions
Other duties as needed or required

Education and Experience Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must, Master’s degree is nice to have, preferably in Computer Applications
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Quick learner and a good team player with a positive attitude towards work
Proactively takes ownership of tasks
Showcase flexibility at work
Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal/no supervision
