Summary:
The Director of HR M&A Integration will be responsible for leading HR M&A integrations from due diligence to post-harmonization. This position will report to the SVP of HR Operations and will oversee HR due diligence across Fanatics’ holding company and portfolio of operating companies. This position will be expected to lead the HR workstream for all assigned integration work and ensure that initiatives are completed within project timelines in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead overall HR due diligence and program management to facilitate successful completion of M&A integration projects and rewards work 
    • Perform cultural assessments to identify areas of synergy and potential misalignment and recommend solutions, where necessary
    • Drive successful execution against deal milestones by tracking milestones, making key recommendations to stakeholders, and holding cross functional teams accountable for execution of deliverables
    • Partner closely with HRBPs, HR functional leadership, M&A team, finance team, tech team, and other relevant stakeholders on alignment of business needs and HR due diligence pre and post acquisition 
    • Manage organizational design to identify deal synergies and drive efficiencies 
    • Prepare and provide periodic updates to senior management regarding progress against any potential roadblocks 
    • Develop human capital deal playbooks to facilitate future transaction activity
    • Ensure projects are set up for success by aligning on the project vision, establishing the governing body, and defining the project approach for successful project delivery
    • Develop and implement post-acquisition cultural assimilation strategy  

Requirements:

    • 7+ years overall in HR with HR transformation, project delivery, process re-engineering, and strategy
    • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of outstanding HR programs
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing and often ambiguous environment
    • Proven ability to craft and implement creative HR solutions that drive business results
    • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

The salary range for this position is $175,000-250,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
