ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fantelligence Solutions & Implmentations Specialist will be responsible for bringing Fantelligence project implementations to life by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, driving the continued design, architecture, and implementation of FanTelligence. The Specialist will own the core Salesforce CRM architecture and integrations with additional Salesforce Products working closely with business stakeholders to define Fantelligence roadmap. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Salesforce core CRM and additionally experience with other products in the Salesforce Ecosystem (Including Social Studio, Datorama, Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, Communities etc...). Additionally the role will support Fanatics’ core CRM teams developing business requirements as needed. This role will be at the forefront of Fantelligence which is a transformative initiative for Fanatics, empowering both internal users across the global enterprise and external customers to see an interact with data in a revolutionary way.
Built on Fanatics’ world class e-commerce infrastructure, Fantelligence is the leading master data management and customer analytics platform in the sports industry, designed to empower teams, universities, brands, and agencies to enhance their view of customers to expand relationships and drive new revenues. Powered by Salesforce, Fantelligence sits alongside Fanatics core data platforms and will also serve as an internal consumer insight platform, enabling business units across Fanatics to gain a deeper insight on customer behavior and trends to better inform and drive strategic improvement marketing, merchandising, manufacturing, in-venue retail efforts, and more.
Change management (Training, documentation, user acceptance testing)
release management (Sandbox management and deployments)
Workstream and project management for Salesforce development
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SF Lightning platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
BS degree in technical related field: Computer Science or Engineering discipline or Buiness preferred.
3+ years prior experience designing and implementing Salesforce in an enterprise environment
Prior project management experience in an agile development environment
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I Certifications
Previous CI/CD experience (Bitbucket pipelines, Jenkins, etc...)
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
Previous experience leveraging agile applications (Jira, Microsoft DevOps)
