The Topps eCommerce group is looking for an eCommerce Operations Coordinator who will maintain day-to-day eCommerce operations on Topps.com. This role will focus on product data, visual merchandising, and order maintenance. They will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service and Project Management ensuring product information is correct and orders are processed.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product creation in eCommerce backend and launching all products daily, including some weekends.
- Responsible for executing day-to-day website merchandising and light content updates.
- Create special orders for VIP members, special events and other needs.
- Report on daily print runs and launch completions.
- Coordinate with project management on status of launches, customer communications and expectations.
- Responsible for promotional code creation and testing for business needs.
- Monitor open orders against customer expectations, work cross-functionally to resolve outstanding issues with delivery.
- Participate in team meetings with cross-functional teams to recap product launches.
- Assist with general departmental operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-3 years eCommerce experience.
- Experience with ecommerce technologies and content management systems, Magento experience a plus.
- Light coding knowledge a plus.
- Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment, closely with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to contribute solution-oriented ideas.
