The Associate Product Developer will utilize knowledge related to garment product patterns, fit, and construction to assist Sr. Product Developer with managing all phases of product development and timelines.  This role involves administrative duties such as monitoring, tracking, and reporting development status to Sr. Product Developer. The right candidate must be organized and willing to learn all aspects of product development.

Responsibilities

    • Receive and log in protos
    • Build the Development Tracker
    • Set up BOM shells & other Enovia tasks
    • Keep trackers up to date
    • Post tech packs
    • Organize and disseminate all publications within PD
    • Track to on time approvals that achieve buy ready product
    • Communication w/cross-functional partners, regional hubs, and factories
    • Track, receive, comment and post all stitch-outs for production
    • Listens and actively asks questions to confirm understanding and avoid miscommunications
    • Learns from experience and feedback from others on the team and adopt best practices
    • Use the calendars a tool to set timelines and prioritize work

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • 3+ years of related work experience
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills (AI program, MS Office:  Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • Flexibility to work extended or off hours when necessary
    • Works well individually and as part of a team
    • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced, process and deadline driven environment
    • Product lifecycle management experience preferred
