Fanatics Brands is looking for a Production Coordinator to organize and execute activities relating to US marketplace for inline and hot market apparel, such as preparation, production, and distribution of finished goods. This position will play a critical role in assisting with locating, recruiting, and evaluating printers prior to production. 

What you will be doing...

    • Coordination and execution of the production plan for the market place - from managing vendor relationships, event planning, status updates, and determining production schedules to maintaining effective communication to provide the local sales reps and accounts with needed updates and information. 
    • Process post production invoicing and reconciliation in a timely manner.  This involves full accounting of inventory and proof of delivery to ensure sales revenues properly match with its respective expenses to safeguard assets.
    • Manage Relationships with key blank suppliers, key strategic printers, and hot market printers throughout the country
    • Traveling to markets to create and develop relationships with vendors to ensure growth strategies
    • Drive reporting to key parties internally and externally 
    • Oversee contractor compliance with company policies and procedures.  Provide education on policies and follows up with contractor for acceptance and compliance
    • Train and work closely with Hot Market teammates and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all Events
    • Work with cross functional partners daily to execute Hot Markets from Allocations, Inventory Planning, Retail Services, Traffic, etc.
    • Maintain vendor related information for all current partners
    • Onboard new vendors when necessary for the business and maintain social compliance expectations


    • 5+ years of related professional experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of major sports league special events
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good understanding of manufacturing and logistics
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Ability to manage an outside manufacturing vendor base
