The base salary range for this role is $111,000 per year - $182,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for Product Manager who will build best-in-class internal tools for our operations and marketing teams. The Senior Product Manager will work on defining strategy, identifying product requirements, creating a prioritized roadmap, and launching data-informed internal tools product offerings to create an industry-leading customer success platform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Active Research and Meet Roadmap Objectives - Use data and proactive research to inform insights and recommendations to the product requirements and execute the Product Roadmap objectives.
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on our products and their impact on real money gaming and the sports/entertainment industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fanatics platform, assets, customer base, and the unique position of Fanatics in the Sports industry and integrate that into our product offering.
- Be an Effective Partner - Be a strong partner with colleagues and stakeholders - Product, Engineering, Design, Risk & Trading, Marketing, Data Science, Ops, CS, and other teams to understand both user preferences and product successes and failures; synthesize and integrate these learnings into feature decisions on the product roadmap
- Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for customers.
- Bolster the Business - Contribute directly to product KPIs and business objectives.
- Improve how Fanatics Betting and Gaming gets things done by driving new internal tools and improving existing tools and processes.
Experience and Skills
- 6+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in either an agile, B2C digital native app focused product organization.
- Deep passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drive empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting customers.
- Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly.
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization.
- Ability to collect and leverage customer data, user research, and competitive analysis at scale to inform decisions and the product roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership.
- Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different Product teams and teams at Fanatics.
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
