The Screen Department is responsible for the management of screens which includes producing quality images, coating, and the delivery of quality screens. The department is also responsible for reclaiming and cleaning used screens from the production floor.

Job Responsibilities

    • I-Image – receive graphic for screens and load to the I-Image software.  Verify the screen coated correctly and is a quality screen.  
    • Film Library – prepare and verify the graphics to produce on the screens. 
    • Quality Control – Inspect the quality of the screen and images.  Also tape the registration and information on the top side of the screens.  
    • Screen Taping 
    • Coating
    • Post-Clean (Wash-out)
    • Screen, Squeegee & Flood Bar Cleaning
    • Maintain the area clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

    • Computer experience preferable.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to perform Quality Control/Post-Clean (Wash-out), I-Image and coating operations.
    • Must be able to stand for long period of time.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 -50lbs.
    • Must be able to work with ink, chemicals and cleaning solutions.
    • Must be able to wear the proper PPE for the area.
