This role will encompass the standard Duties and Responsibilities of an Allocations Specialist, while also performing the required responsibilities of the Team Lead.  An Allocations Team Lead will review and determine Source Strategy for Demand tied to open Sales Orders.  As a lead, they will work with department leadership to focus on; Enterprise-wide Projects and Programs, Departmental Materials and Resources, and Systems Enhancements and Development.  They will have a strong grasp and take lead for the Allocations department on League focused objectives, Company Initiatives and Hot Markets.    
Duties and Responsibilities
•System Enhancements and Development
Work with Leadership to drive tech initiatives forward  
Meet delivery of objectives for both timeliness and content
Participate and lead in the tech development sessions
Make recommendations on technology enhancements and decisions 
Elevate to Leadership for decisions outside of initial scope
•Enterprise-wide Projects and Programs
Lead, Focus and Research Programs and Events determined priority from Retail Services, Sales, Sales Ops, or Order Fulfillment 
Provide in depth analysis and Executive Summaries on the content researched
Present to Cross Functional Departments and Leadership the summary output
Utilize and give direction to other Specialists within the department to accomplish objectives
•Departmental Materials and Resource
Create, maintain and utilize On-Boarding Documents for new Athletes
Develop and Lead On-Boarding Program 
Train new Athletes on Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide additional training for existing Athletes on new processes or Athletes that need refresher courses
•Allocations Specialist Duties
Determines utilization of available inventory (finished goods and blanks, owned and market, on hand and incoming supply) to cover open demand most effectively
Assists with planning production on all decoration techniques through the creation of Work Orders for both internal and external facilities
Manages capacity levels and inventory availability to accurately meet the customers ship windows
•Monitors and understands open and future demand to ascertain the level of production needed to meet requirements
Understands high profile / priority orders and effectively allocates
Contributes to the department KPI for reducing lead times by allocating via automation and manual process within standard lead times


Communicates with appropriate cross functional partners when order allocation has not occurred

Assists Retail Services with order file integrity on approved adjustments (cancellations, extensions, qty modifications, etc.)
Minimum Job Requirements
•High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
•Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field of study, Business Management, Supply chain, or Marketing
•Previous Leadership of a team of 5 or more
•Experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
•Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
•Knowledge of retail services standards and procedures.
•Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
•Knowledge of procedures and documentation for the processing and placement of customer orders.
•Ability to analyze and solve problems.
•Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
