The base salary range for this role is $107,000 per year - $130,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Manager of Marketing to lead the go-to-market execution and strategy for our new Fanatics App. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in marketing operations and execution, with a strong ability to develop high-level strategies and effectively carry out marketing plans. This role requires ownership of day-to-day go-to-market activities, as well as the creativity and strategic insight to develop plans that enhance the brand's presence and drive user engagement. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels at execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    • Own and lead the execution of the go-to-market strategy for the new Fanatics App, as well as all marketing campaigns post launch.
    • Utilize marketing operations expertise to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders and channel partners.
    • Assist in development of high-level marketing strategy for the new Fanatics App that align with overall business objectives.
    • Analyze marketing and growth performance, identifying and reporting on key KPI’s.
    • Draw insights to optimize campaigns and drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Own day-to-day go-to-market activities, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Think strategically about the brand's positioning and develop plans to enhance brand awareness and perception.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
    • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and execution, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Comfortable and adept at working closely with, and directing creative partners (internally and externally) toward deliverables that achieve business goals.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Experience with app marketing and/or mobile advertising is a plus.
    • Knowledge of sports industry and fan engagement trends is desirable.
    • Must be okay with occasional travel
