Primary Purpose 

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking an energetic Team Lead to work with our Fulfillment team in Fairdale, Ky. We are looking for Team Lead to oversee the daily operation at our Fulfillment site. The role incumbent will lead, coordinate, and evaluate operating procedures and methods for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy. The role incumbent will help drive optimization, growth, and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Direct work flow as established by Supervisor.
    • Identify barriers, seek resolution, and escalate for both processes and athletes.
    • Support orientation and training to new athletes.
    • Coach and Develop with the athletes to ensure they succeed in daily performance and production.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

    • Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based 
    • Oversee and support 25-40 athletes.
    • Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours and walk 5-10 miles daily.
    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs frequently.
    • Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
    • Able to multitask.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to work flexible and overtime as needed.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent but not required.
    • 1 yr warehouse experience preferred.
    • Prior Leadership Experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Spanish/ bilingual preferred.
