Your Role:

·           Ensure on-time delivery of cutting-edge ADAS and Self-Driving technologies for automotive series production
·           Work closely with all stakeholders to plan schedules, and milestones which integrate and align with overall vehicle program schedule
·           Execute and maintain project management processes in an agile environment
·           Enable the design and development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process
·           Monitor day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives
·           Collaborate and facilitate communication across engineering managers, design managers, marketing managers and executive management to meet ambitious cost, schedule, and quality goals
·           Build strong communication channels with stakeholders, various departments, and cross-functional teams
·           Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
·           Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management
·           Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
·           Understand basic technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision-making
·           Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed

Required Qualifications

·           Bachelor' degree (or an equivalent degree) in Engineering or Science, or a related field of study
·           2+ years of experience in relevant industry (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.)
·           2+ years of experience in program management
·           Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and root cause skills.
·           Ability to adapt to changes in a fast moving environment with autonomy and accountability
·           Ability to manage projects effectively (planning, organizing, and attention to details)
·           Analytical ability, communication and      interpersonal skills required to build relationships with local and global team members to solve problems
·           Proficient with Microsoft Office products
·           Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

·           Masters in a related field of study
·           5+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
·           5+ years of relevant experience in program management
