Potential candidate will play an integral role in forming the company’s strategy by working with cross-functional teams of all key functions of the company including product development/engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing and sales to manage core strategic projects within the company. Strong project management background, strategic mindset, interpersonal communication skills, and problem solving skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Faraday Future to assure the project’s success.
-          Work with Project Owner and Corporate Strategy Head to plan strategic objectives and KPIs for responsible projects, including:
 o    Define and clarify project scope
 o    Develop the project plan
 o    Develop the project schedule
 o    Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
-          Create and maintain the Project’s Organizationo    Determine the organizational structure of the project team
 o    Identify roles and positions
 o    Identify services to be provided by external companies as needed
 o    Staff project positions
-          Control of a project:
 o    Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives
 o    Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
 o    Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations
-          Lead execution of the project plan:
 o    Setting team direction
 o    Coordinating activities across different organizational functions
 o    Motivating team members
 o    Assigning work
-          Conduct initial review of deliverable quality to ensure operational strategies are aligned with corporate/product strategy
-          Consolidate business planning input deliverables into consistent presentation format for internal reviews
-          Support other corporate strategy initiatives as needed
-          Overall responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope
-          Minimum years of relevant work experience: 3 years in consulting or 5 years of corporate experience in a rotational or corporate role such as business planning, corporate strategy (preferably  
 automotive or high-tech)
-          Undergraduate degree required (Engineering preferred), MBA strongly preferred
-          Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional senior management team members; skills such as clear interpersonal communicating, team motivation, and conflict resolution are key
-          Broad understanding of key business functions including product development, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and sales
-          Project management skills to maintain business planning work plan, push to obtain key deliverables, track and update status
-          Analytical problem solving skills
-          Willingness to work in a start-up, fast-paced work culture
-          Mandatory English (bilingual English and Chinese preferred)
-          Self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude
