THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Jr production developer to join the team and support in the production process of the Accessories collection for the NGG brands. You will report to the Accessories Production Manager and oversee all phases of the production and advancement of the accessories collection.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Organize and participate in production fittings, check the quality and fit of products together with the product office and external suppliers
    • Create production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelines
    • Precise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned orders
    • Sample traffic management between HQ, warehouse and suppliers
    • Enter data into the ERP software, archiving and updating production related documents
    • Monitor pre-production samples between production in headquarters and the suppliers
    • Liaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliers

WHO YOU ARE

    • 1+ years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand
    • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Good knowledge of accessories construction and materials
    • Good knowledge and use of Adobe suite particularly Illustrator and InDesign
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
    • Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents
    • Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
