THE ROLE
We are looking for a Supply Operations Specialist to perform tasks related to receiving, controlling and processing returns from our partners and customers as well as supporting the daily operation of the Farfetch Boutique and of our 3PL.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive, check and classify returns from our partners and customers
- Support the pre-owned initiative and process orders & returns
- Support the operation of our 3PL (daily comms and data entry, solving issues, etc.)
- Communicate and control the performance of the Farfetch Boutique and of our 3PL
- Support in daily activities (discounts management, tickets, etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a logistics or supply management environment
- Experienced in data entry and follow-up (excel, google sheets/slides, internal tools)
- Experienced working in a fashion environment preferably managing returns
- A professional with working experience with 3PL
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Able to perform physical tasks such as assembling, carrying and stacking boxes, packing and unpacking items, etc.
- Available to a temporary contract
