LEGAL

We are an award-winning full service in-house Legal, Ethics and Compliance function. We're based in the UK, Russia, Portugal, China, Italy, UAE and the US. We provide leadership and advice on strategic projects across all business units, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business to make sure FARFETCH goes from strength to strength.

LONDON

Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. Our open-plan space is ideal for collaborative working. When you're not doing what's never been done, you can enjoy a team lunch on our large outdoor terrace, or join a yoga class in our dedicated studio.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Insurance Analyst to be based in our London office, reporting into the Insurance principal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Assist with the annual insurance renewal, liaising with Farfetch functions to gather, collate and check exposure data and support with Insurance Market presentations
    • Provide insurance and risk advice to all Farfetch functions globally and respond to insurance related queries and certificate requests
    •  Support the Insurance Principal with insurance related administration including invoicing and premium allocation processes
    • Lead the response on risk survey recommendations
    • Identify and mitigate insurable risks
    • Ensure accurate loss and claims data is recorded and available to monitor exposures and support the renewal process
    • Help to manage any insurance related claims
    • Liaise closely with all Farfetch functions globally, its Insurance Broker and property loss control consultant
    • Deputise for the Insurance Principal when required

WHO YOU ARE

    • 2-3 years’ experience as part of an in-house insurance team, Insurance Broker or possessing insurance related experience with an ability to move to an in-house role
    • Working towards a CII qualification desirable
    • Experience of the annual insurance renewal process and global programme risk exposures
    • Good understanding of Insurable Risk Management and the ability to influence others to follow best practice
    • Demonstrates a well-organised approach to work with ability to multitask
    • Great interpersonal, written and I.T. skills
    • Flexible, versatile and adaptable, comfortable with change
