THE ROLE 
NGGH++ is looking for a Customer Operations Curricular Intern to join the Customer Service team for a fixed term curricular internship of 3-6 months.
You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and support in order management, data entry and customer operations activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Data entry of orders from internal key clients.
    • Monitor and manage the full process of client orders through to successful delivery.
    • Provide customer support through emails and calls to manage complaints and returns. 
    • Resolve shipment issues.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

WHO YOU ARE

    • Proven interest in customer service, previous experience is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams. 
    • Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel.
    • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Precise with a great eye for detail.
