The Commercial team drives our strategic partnerships with the world's leading brands and boutiques to source the best selection and optimise sales channels for our partners. Their work offers our customers access to incredible products and the most extensive selection of luxury for endless style.
LONDON
Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a wide range of teams. Our open space is ideal for collaborative work and sharing ideas. We also have a large outdoor terrace, which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.
THE ROLE
You will report directly to the Senior Online Merchandiser and work with the Online Merchandising & Curation team to provide a balance of fashion and commercial product positioning across manually curated pages and newsletters. You will produce weekly reporting of Merchandising activity and use these insights to optimise product selections accordingly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will visually merchandise the most relevant and highly trafficked pages, including seasonal trends & core category and brands, with a focus on Private clients across Mens & Womens
- You will support trading activities such as Promo & Sale, liaising with other teams to deliver on KPIs
- You will work with the Marketing and CRM teams to curate and suggest product selections for seasonal campaigns, weekly newsletters and other marketing activity
- You will report on categories, designers, trends and product performance weekly, communicating results in Trade meetings and finding ways to optimise the product curation
- You will provide ideas and suggestions for Homepage updates & features using trend knowledge and brand performance data
- You will monitor user experience, flagging issues to the Product and Catalogue teams and ensuring these are rectified
- Bring inspiring ideas and a fresh perspective into an energetic and collaborative team
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous online visual merchandising experience in a luxury retail environment with in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, including previous and current collections
- Awareness of seasonal trends and their relevance to the Farfetch on-site proposition
- Ability to understand and track core KPIs that drive success within an online retail organisation
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
