THE ROLE
Reporting to the Planning & Strategic Sourcing manager, you will join the Procurement Department, under the Planning & Strategic Sourcing team. You will work with the Planning & Strategic Sourcing Team, Procurement Operations, and Innovation & Platforms teams. You will support the validation, creation of Reports, document Procurement process and rules, perform supply chain risk analysis and promote the continuous improvement, standardization and evolution of the Procurement processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor procurement KPIs through Power BI/Looker, promoting upgrades in the setup to enable better information to the users (include more entities, new reports, new KPIs, more granularity into the data);
- Prepare and structure the data to support spend analysis and promote spend visibility through billing accounts, commodities, suppliers, and tail spend x top spend;
- Document the processes and rules to support the team;
- Develop and perform supply chain risk analysis;
- Evaluate new procurement trends and its alignment with Farfetch's goals and analyse the impact and applicability of the implementation.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in an analytical field, with the ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and Tools;
- 2+ years experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics role;
- Advanced user in Excel (mandatory), with proficiency in BI & Reporting packages and techniques including Looker and or/ Power BI;
- Understanding and proactive development of best practice and principles on data including data governance, timeliness, accuracy, design, efficient usage etc.);
- Experienced in and knowledgeable of Supply Chain Risk Management (nice to have);
- Keen on process optimization;
- A professional with the ability to extract, interpret and story-tell data;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Motivated to work in an energetic environment;
- Collaborative, with the ability to work with different teams.
