Palm Angels is the reflection of Francesco Ragazzi’s mind and draws together the spirit of the skaters of L.A. with sartorial evolution and the accuracy of Italian industrial design. The merger of the two can only be deeply personal, as a dream coming to life. 
An underlying rebellious attitude works both ways: he sharpens streetwear while deranging and smearing the sartorial. Inside out, upside down. 
The purveyor of a counter-mainstream, Francesco is shaping a new attitude and new forms.

Palm Angels is looking for a Key Holder for its store at South Coast Plaza. You will report directly to the Store Manager.


    • Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
    • Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store
    • Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices
    • Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
    • Keep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures
    • Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
    • Identify and evaluate strengths and areas for improvements based on observation and measurable results. Give feedback to obtain performance improvement.
    • Guarantee that all procedures are properly followed when SM or ASM are not present
    • Performing key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
    • Support the task assignment to the team following the daily working plan and monitoring the shop floor


    • Previous retail sales experience in luxury brands (minimum 5 or more years of experience)
    • In-depth collections knowledge in terms of technical and stylistic aspects, ability to effectively present the collections inspiring customers
    • Ability to work closely with Store Management to ensure sales targets are achieved
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build loyalty
    • Team player mindset
    • Exhibit positivity, listen and provide support to colleagues
    • Ability to interact in a multicultural environment.
