THE ROLE
The Purchase & Partner Integrations product team is responsible for shaping both the purchase experience of end customers on Farfetch’s website and apps, and the selling experience of our partners (brands and boutiques) on our marketplace. Our mission is to deliver a seamless purchase journey that maximizes customer conversion - from checkout to payments, through order management and post-purchase experiences - ensuring trust, clarity, and efficiency at every step. At the same time, we empower our partners by making it easier and faster to integrate their inventory with Farfetch, increasing the breadth and depth of products available online while enhancing their overall experience on the platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager within the Purchase & Integrations areas, reporting to the Head of Product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the roadmap for Purchase & Partner Integrations, driving initiatives that improve both customer conversion and partner efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to define and deliver scalable solutions that balance customer experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to capture, prioritize, and translate customer and partner needs into impactful product initiatives.
- Lead improvements to the purchase journey (checkout, payments, order, post-purchase) with a strong focus on trust, clarity, and conversion.
- Build and evolve platform capabilities that simplify integrations with partners, from APIs to fintech solutions, enabling faster onboarding and richer assortments.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights and experiments to inform decisions and continuously iterate.
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring internal alignment and creating the right conditions for adoption and impact.
- Stay ahead of trends in fintech, marketplaces, and platform products, incorporating innovation into the product vision.
WHO YOU ARE
- A product leader who takes full ownership of outcomes and drives initiatives end to end.
- Passionate about solving both customer and partner problems through scalable, impactful, and user-centric solutions.
- Deeply knowledgeable about product management best practices, agile methodologies, and experimentation.
- Experienced in platform products, ideally with a background in fintech (payments, fraud, refunds.) and/or API & integrations products.
- Comfortable working with consumer-facing products (websites, apps) and fluent in the metrics that drive performance.
- Familiar with marketplace dynamics and the challenges of balancing customer needs with partner enablement.
- Able to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering and business stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams.
- Analytical and structured in your approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in product and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, GA, or similar.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
