As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation and supporting the company's growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to Finance Business Partner Manager, you will work within the Finance team embracing Operations P&L performance, supporting the continued evolution of strategy and scenario planning. You will be responsible for streamlining communication between operations and finance teams. You will have a great connection with the business to monitor the performance and identify business opportunities/risks in order to support strategic decision making and perform forecasting. Under the scope it is the global marketplace with controlling of top line (orders placed, cancelled and returned) and some operational costs (shipping & returns, duties, packaging, payment processing fees).


    • Costs control and estimation: in the beginning of each month you will estimate the previous month costs (shipping, returns, duties) to calculate and track accruals. You will collaborate with the relevant teams, including accounting, to ensure data integrity and alignment with financial standards.
    • Operations initiatives portfolio monitoring: provide financial guidance and follow up operations´ initiatives portfolio in order to consolidate and track the value of all initiatives being developed for cost optimization and operations improvement (budgeted vs actual saving once projects are live).
    • Run the mid- and long-term planning cycles: collect business trends and initiatives from operations stakeholders to perform forecasting and budget; continuous improvement and automatization of financial modeling to increase accuracy and efficiency of the rolling forecast;
    • Performance monitoring and communication: create the right reporting and present to senior leadership and operations teams at the business routines in order to follow up and discuss performance, highlighting discrepancies and risks against the plan, identifying root causes and providing operational recommendations to get back on track in a collaborative way. Create and communicate dashboards in data visualization with tools such as Looker, Power BI or think-cell.


    • Graduated in economics, management or accounting or any other related field that includes a strong analytical focus;
    • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, FP&A or
    • auditing;
    • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, having the ability to work with a large amount of data, analyzing patterns and proposing data-driven options/scenarios;
    • Able to work with MS Office (Excel and Power Point) and data modeling and visualization tools (SQL/BQ, looker);
    • Interested in building new tools and willing to improve the already existing ones showing creativity and critical thinking;
    • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
